14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for most of our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- You must provide a reasonable explanation for your dissatisfaction with the product
- For online courses, you must have completed no more than 25% of the course content
- For e-books and downloadable resources, you must confirm that you will delete all copies of the materials
Exclusions
The following digital products are not eligible for refunds:
- Products specifically marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Limited-time access to live events or webinars after the event has occurred
- Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or used extensively
- Customized or personalized financial plans or assessments
Subscription Services
Terravibe offers subscription-based services, including membership programs and premium content access.
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund
- If you cancel after the first 14 days but before the end of your annual subscription term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, less any applicable discounts received for the annual commitment
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Coaching and Consultation Services
Terravibe offers one-on-one and group coaching/consultation services.
Cancellation Policy
For coaching and consultation services:
- You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance without penalty
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded
- Failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the session fee
- Packages of multiple coaching sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused sessions, less a 15% administrative fee
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your initial coaching or consultation session, you may request a refund within 7 days of the session, provided you explain your reasons for dissatisfaction. This guarantee applies only to the first session and not to subsequent sessions or package purchases.
Live Events and Workshops
Terravibe occasionally hosts live events, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual.
Cancellation by Customer
For live events and workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 7 days before the event
Cancellation by Terravibe
If Terravibe cancels an event for any reason:
- You will receive a full refund of your registration fee
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another date if the event is rescheduled
- Terravibe is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, the date of purchase, and the product or service for which you are requesting a refund
- Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Specify your preferred refund method (original payment method, store credit, etc.)
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund, especially for purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
